Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at theupliftcollectives@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at theupliftcollectives@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
